Manage your bookings by just asking Claude or ChatGPT

Ask Vigore connects your AI assistant to your Vigore account. Check your schedule, find a client or move a booking in plain language. Nothing changes until you say yes.

How it works
What you can ask

What can you ask your AI assistant?

Type it the way you would say it. Your assistant picks the right action in Vigore and answers with your real data.

Look things up

Your assistant only reads. Nothing changes.

  • “What's on my schedule today?”

Your bookings for the day, in order

  • “Find Sara de Vries and her next appointment.”

Client found by name, email or phone

  • “Which slots are still free on Friday?”

    Open times you can offer

  • “How much revenue did I make last month?”

    A short revenue summary

  • “Who didn't show up this week?”

    Your no-shows at a glance

Make changes

Your assistant shows what will happen and waits for your yes.

  • “Move Sara's session to Thursday at 10:00.”

Moves a 1:1 booking and emails your client and the professional

  • “Block Friday afternoon, I'm off.”

Clients can no longer book those times

  • “Unblock Friday afternoon, I'm working after all.”

Those times are open for booking again

  • “Mark Tom as a no-show for this morning.”

Recorded on the booking, and easy to undo

12 actions in total: 7 that look things up and 5 that change something. Group class bookings cannot be moved, and a no-show can only be marked once the session has started.

Safe by design

Can it change things without you? No. Every change waits for your yes.

Before anything changes, your assistant tells you exactly what will happen, including who gets an email. You confirm, then Vigore makes the change.

  • Your assistant only sees your own business data.
  • Nothing changes in your schedule without your confirmation.
  • Disconnect any time from Settings > Ask Vigore in your dashboard.
  • Access is off by default and turned on for your business.

How do you connect Claude or ChatGPT to Vigore?

It takes about 2 minutes. You need a Vigore account with Ask Vigore turned on, and Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant that supports MCP.

1

Copy your server URL

In your Vigore dashboard, go to Settings > Ask Vigore and copy the server URL.

2

Add it to your assistant

In Claude: Customize > Connectors > Add > Add custom connector. Paste the URL, then click Continue, Add and Connect. ChatGPT works with the same URL through its connectors (developer mode).

3

Approve and start asking

Log in to Vigore, approve the access on the Vigore screen and ask your first question, like "What's on my schedule today?"

Server URLhttps://mcp.vigore.app/mcp

Works with Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP client that signs in with OAuth.

Frequently asked questions

Ask Vigore lets you manage your Vigore bookings from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. You ask in plain language, for example "What's on my schedule today?" or "Move Sara's session to Thursday at 10:00", and your assistant answers with your real data or makes the change after you confirm. It offers 12 actions: 7 that look things up (an overview of your business, your schedule, appointment details, finding a client, availability, a revenue summary and no-shows) and 5 that change something (reschedule a 1:1 booking, block time, unblock time, mark a no-show and unmark a no-show).

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to apps. Ask Vigore is Vigore's MCP server: once you add its server URL (shown in your dashboard under Settings > Ask Vigore) to your assistant, the assistant can read your schedule and, with your confirmation, make changes in Vigore. No AI runs on Vigore's side; you bring your own assistant.

Claude (under Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector), ChatGPT (through its connectors in developer mode) and any other MCP client that supports signing in with OAuth. You use the same server URL everywhere, the one shown in your dashboard under Settings > Ask Vigore.

You log in to Vigore and approve the connection yourself. The assistant can only reach your own business data, and only through the 12 actions Ask Vigore offers. It cannot see anyone else's data, and you can disconnect it at any time.

No. Before every change, the assistant shows you exactly what will happen, for example "Move Sara's session to Thu 10:00? Sara and her coach get an email." Nothing changes until you confirm. Group class bookings cannot be moved, and a no-show can only be marked once the session has started.

When you reschedule a booking, Vigore emails your client and the professional giving the session about the new time. Blocking time sends no messages; it only takes those times out of what clients can book.

Ask Vigore is in early access. It is off by default and turned on per business: start free or contact us to have it turned on for yours. Once it is on, you find the server URL under Settings > Ask Vigore in your dashboard. You connect your own Claude or ChatGPT account, so any plan you have there stays between you and that provider.

Yes. Go to Settings > Ask Vigore in your Vigore dashboard to see your connected assistants and disconnect them. From that moment they no longer have access to your data.
